Got the bird in the oven, yams, potatoes, Brussels sprouts beets and carrots with stuffing and cranberries, pie and ice cream. Just me and my wife now, but in the past our three kids would invite friends from school who didn't have much of a home life and we knew a couple who couldn't afford it so we put three extra boards in the table to make room for 15. In Islamic countries it's a grave insult. A shoe bottom is considered very 'unclean' and is never worn inside a home or Mosque. Here it would be like throwing feces at someone.
