Cardinal Grammeter
Is there a flexible "mud flap" that would shield the aft end of the front fender and the side of the foot box where it attaches? My 74 has nothing and wheel spray will shoot directly between the fender and the footbox and subject all those seams to rust out. Also the front of the rocker takes a beating from this. There should be some kind of "mud flap" that would attached to the fender wheel opening and then span inward to the from of the footbox which would stop the spray. Quote Link to comment
Eagle_Adam
Late model trucks have them, atleast both mine do. I don't remember them being on my old 74 Quote Link to comment
Cardinal Grammeter
I'm not sure where they attach and protect, but it sounds to me like a good idea for a 620 without them??? I've been trying to find them in the 620 Parts Manual but haven't found them yet. Quote Link to comment
red13
found them on carpartsmanual.rh 63880-B9800 lh 63881-B9800 but there like 50 a piece Quote Link to comment
orangie
Mine had the originals, but the are pretty beat up. I was going to make a new set from some floor mats. The rivets were plastic and destroyed from the desert heat out here, but you could find something to replace them from the local parts store. Quote Link to comment
lowrd
I used an old innertube and traced out a pattern. Used a leather punch to make the holes, worked great. Quote Link to comment
