Colfax bee guy Posted July 27, 2014 Author Report Share Posted July 27, 2014 It's so sun bleached and dried out it has little color left in it. it has some deep cracks that I'm going to fill with epoxy. I can dye it black I don't thing I can get it to match. with the polish it should be even color. I hope. :) Quote Link to comment

Colfax bee guy Posted August 29, 2014 Author Report Share Posted August 29, 2014 Update: I took a dremmal to the cracks cleaned them out undercut the cracks wiped it down with acetone. I used epoxy putty for plastic and filled the cracks sanded it flat. You could still see the cracks because the texture was different. So sprayed it down with undercoat then put two coats of Herculiner just down to the top of the vents. Here are the pictures. I need to do some clean up and remove the tape and I will load the after pictures this weekend. Quote Link to comment
