He's been searching, and has pulled up different part #s between a 71 and 72 240z for the power brake booster. Is there any difference between the two? Or can he use a 71 in a 72? He's having a hard time finding a remanufactured unit, and his booster is bad. Quote Link to comment

datzenmike Posted July 22, 2014 Report Share Posted July 22, 2014 Through '72 was a 6". The '71 and '72 use a much different part number but this isn't enough evidence that it won't interchange. The '73- up were 7 1/2" and the '74-up 2+2 were 9" Quote Link to comment
