mrmark
Great tips! Thanks! Quote Link to comment
datsunfreak
Why not set your starting bid higher instead of setting a "reserve"? The higher you set your initial price at, the more fees ebay charges you. There's a fee for setting a reserve, but I think you can set a reserve at $2500 cheaper than you can start the auction at $2500. Quote Link to comment
mrmark
Welp, i relisted it, added 20 more pictures and removed the reserve. Quote Link to comment

flatcat19
If I win...send me rear tail lights and panel. Keep and resell. I will gladly pay a penny for that. Quote Link to comment
datsunfreak
I will gladly pay a penny for that. Too late. B) What's the real price (outside ebay)? Quote Link to comment
flatcat19
Helped push the bid to $100 now. What did go for in last bid? Are any Rarsun members bidding? If so-i'll stop trolling the auction. Quote Link to comment
datsunfreak
Are any Rarsun members bidding? I am, but I'd say half troll half serious... / B) 1 Quote Link to comment

mrmark
I appreciate all the bids guys, even the troll bids! I'm looking to get $2-3k. Hopefully more but I'm ready to move on. I just don't have the time for it anymore. If I had a garage at my house I would probably never get rid of it. Quote Link to comment
flatcat19
Why no title? With a title I wouldn't doubt that the price of this would shoot way up. Quote Link to comment
mrmark
I bought it from a guy that deals with a lot of race cars. It has a west virginia tag on it thats good till 07/2015, but it came with no registration. 1 Quote Link to comment
dr.feltersnatch
I think it will be hard to get your asking price with no title. Quote Link to comment
Raggleflaggle
Just get it titled in said state. As long as you have the tag in your name they can look it up and print a copy of your registration, then use that to get a title in a state that will issue one for it, most states will be cooperative if you explain that the reg. Issuing state won't issue a title for a car that old. 1 Quote Link to comment
flatcat19
Get a title = more moniez. I'd hate to see this thing sell for scrap weight. Quote Link to comment
mrmark
Woohoo!! I finally got thru to someone at the West Virginia DMV today! They sent me a form to fill out for them to issue me a title! Now do I start the process and pay the fees and wait what could be a month or two or just pass the form to a new owner and let them do it? Quote Link to comment
mrmark
I think if the bidding doesnt suit me by tomorrow night, I should end the auction and start the title work. Quote Link to comment
flatcat19
I can help drive that price up for ya. I'd title it in your name. "Title in hand" just sounds so good when looking for a new car. Quote Link to comment
flatcat19
I've got you covered...up to $1000. 1 Quote Link to comment
