carrier bearing or drive line?

did you get angled lowering blocks?  did you put them on right if so? Sometimes when you drop it that much you need to raise the carrier bearing 1".  Just add a spacer between where it mounts and the bearing itself.  1x1 square tubing works fine and some longer bolts...

That would be my guess anyways.  get under there and grab the drive line and jerk it around a bit... same with carrier bearing  see if anything is lose.   U joints good still?

Thanks izzo im gonna try the spacer tomorrow that's got to be what it is i got under it on the way home and nothing is loose and the pinion is at a slight angle but i didn't think anything of it. Hopefully this will fix it i hate my shit making weird noises

Yeah me to man!  Drives me nuts lol.  Make sure you got the angle right on the drop blocks. I can't remember which way they go :|  Lolz...  but all the guys say run a spacer when you drop it 3-4 inches or whatever.

Hope its something simple man.  Carrier bearings I heard were hard to find, there are ways around it tho.

Yeah the blocks i got don't have the angle in them they were just some i picked up from autozone i had the same ones on my 01 frontier with no problems but it was an extended cab that may have made a difference. and the carrier bearing is brand new thanks to rock auto. for all you 620 guys that don't know rock auto has just about everything for our trucks and they have the most reasonable prices shipping is a little slow sometimes though.
