EndStar
Just bought, not picked up yet, a 78 280z. Barely any rust(I hate Michigan climate) and very strong running! It was actually converted to carburetors from Arizona car Depot parts and professionally installed. Has a decent amount of parts but I do need a good amount. Must say I'm really excited to have it and start this slow slow build. And I'm always open to what you guys have to say. I will post the pics I have soon! http://20140608_100304 by Evan Serilla, on Flickr [/url]20140608_100255 by Evan Serilla, on Flickr">http://20140608_100255 by Evan Serilla, on Flickr Quote Link to comment

EndStar
sorry to load the pictures so late, but here they are. it is actually pretty clean, very little rust at all, body is straight, frame is straight, and floor pans are all good. it is missing headlights, and tie rod ends as you can tell, and the front bumper/ air dam... but the little bit of surface rust on the hood is by far the worst of all the rust. forgot to take a pic of the back when i went, so this is one he sent me when i inquired about it. missing tail lights. and now for the good thing. the engine, this was, and still is a L28, but it was switched over to carbs to help it run it better and stronger. This is the reason i bought it, if this engine, and transmission, were not this good, i would have passed. So now my list of needed parts is growing, but i cannot wait to pick it up Sunday and take her home! and you guys will get way more pictures! Quote Link to comment
EndStar
So who knew O'rielly's carries tie rod ends for the 280z? best price i found anywhere too! PM if anyone has headlights with the brackets or tail lights. Quote Link to comment
