Does anyone know how to set 1984-85 Idle Speed Control Actuator

Hi,

   I can't find the procedure anywhere, to adjust, set, the idle speed control actuator on the 1984-85 sentra feedback carb.

VCM system. Have the service manual and chilton, and haynes...but there is no information on it in any of them.

  Just a lot of post saying not to mess with it...Well its to late for that, need to find someone who has worked with these.
