That explains it. Couldn't think of a 4 lug car with vented rotors... ^_^

 

 

 

 

Yeah, I've given up on mine at least 4 times. :rofl:

I was glad it had the four bolt pattern. Although 5 would have been ok too.

 

I finally have enough to have the body chem dipped.

It looks great. Because of this I went to the local 'yard' and looked at a Toyota Cressida? that was there. 6 cylinder DOHC engine. Figured it might have a nice H-190 size narrow rear end.... but IRS.

 

I hadn't even though to look at those.

I believe they went IRS around '82. So you'd either need to find a first gen or early second gen. As I recall, first gen is drum, second gen is disc? So that's a somewhat narrow window for a donor as well.
