Check fuses first and there's often corrosion so just remove all the wires one by one and clean em then return to the same spot. Check the light ignition switch and make sure all wires are intact.

Check the fuses, I think the missing electrical stuff was all under one fuse. I'm not 100% sure. But the truck did have 2 main fuses - one for lights and so on other went to all other electical stuff devided trough additional 4 fuses.

Like they said, what you're missing is all on the same circuit.  I had the same problem in my goon not too long ago.  Go ahead and replace the fuses.  Old fuses don't seem to work that great anyways.  While you're in there, clean the connections in the fuse box.

If that doesn't fix it.  Get a multimeter and check the wires coming off of the back of your light switch.  The one you're looking for splits and runs one way to the parking lights, and the other to the dash lights.  Check those connections.  Mine was burnt there because a PO had put 30 amp fuses in the fuse box which fried the wires instead of the fuses.

If you still have problems, just keep checking that circuit with a multimeter until you find where the power stops.

I hate wires with a great passion, but so far, I've been able to address pretty much all of my wiring woes this way.

The 620 fuse box is easily unplugged and unscrewed from under the bottom of the dash. Take it an submerge in a container of ordinary vinegar over night. This will remove copper corrosion. Wash thoroughly in the morning, dry it and install with NEW fuses. Don't trust a fuse get NEW ones. This will probably fix 2 or 3 other electrical problems you haven't found yet.
