kaoss
Putting more of it together, about to haul it 12 hours across Texas. Tie rod flipped. I took the parts to my local machine shop, with them marked how they went and how I wanted them to go. He had a reamer laying around that was perfect. He taped it off how deep it went stock, the did it that deep on the opposite side. No welding, no inserts 10 Quote Link to comment
INDY510
wow, that looks good. ... and the oil pan looks level so I would think the motor is level 3 Quote Link to comment
]2eDeYe
yep, as long as the pan is level it is good. Are you moving or getting some other work done? 1 Quote Link to comment

Moving! Heading down south so I don't have to worry about not having a heater on the truck. 3 Quote Link to comment

kaoss
As far as photobucket goes, there's a chrome extension that fixes it. Just search for photobucket link fixer in the extension store. I've gotten everything that brings fluids to and from the motor connected. Here's some random things that may help someone in the future: Datsun 620 KA24e Swap Radiator is from a 1984 Volkswagen Socorro Run of the mill 12" electric fan from Advance Auto Parts, fits perfect. Part # 226112. Going use a flex a lite controller Upper and lower hoses are stock 1989 240sx hoses, with a little bit of trimming. Top one is spliced to connect an cheap in-line filler neck from ebay. EGR block off plug on the exhaust manifold side is nissan Part No.: 14052-21R00. Rumor has it that certain audi drain plugs will fit, but I didn't feel like messing with it. Next on the list is getting an air intake on it, I think I'm just going to have the local exhaust shop bend me a tube and use that with off the shelf rice race car parts from autozone. Then wiring, and hopefully fire it up. 5 Quote Link to comment
