Then we all leave early Friday morning and meet up at black bear diner in Redding. We make a couple stops on the way up to meet up with people. 3 Quote Link to comment

freetheoranges Posted April 17, 2014 Report Share Posted April 17, 2014 Last year (2013) we stopped at that diner and waited and then like almost 2 hours later the JJohnson crew rolled through and ate. My girl and I waited, for a reason unknown we stayed. On the drive up we were passed by literally everyone (we must have been in a rest stop). My girl and I will be leaving Thursday Evening at 5:30 and hope to get there by 5:00am Friday morning... just in time to ..... SLEEP ahem... THEN pick the PERFECT camping spot at Canby! Leaving thursday morning around 4-4:30am from the 116/37 junction and taking 5 up..... Camping at Silver Falls on thursday night......Probably arrive around 6pm.... There's room for 4 more people between the 2 sites I reserved....anyone who would like to join us for the evening PM me Gonna head to Canby around 4 from Silver Falls......40min drive supposedly.....
