Only reason for asking is that you have one sitting around in the garage and maybe the Z24 is getting tired. Better to get another Z series for it and best if you swap in a KA24E or DE. About 50% more power, EFI, well documented swap, lots of after market support, lots of spare motors in the wrecking yards and it's a Nissan motor. No inline six is going to fit well in the space made for a 4 cylinder. The KA will be able to use your existing transmission so that saves a bunch of figuring out.

My good buddy Victor can make anything fit anywhere!

I haven't heard of anyone doing a 5m swap, but there was a guy who came on here a while back talking about an L28 swap in a 620.  He caught the same slack.  They said it wouldn't fit and he was just going to ruin his truck and then give up and scrap it.  Meanwhile, he didn't notice because he was getting to work.  He had it in there and running in about the same amount of time it would've taken to source a good KA.

The nay sayers and Trolls gave him much respect afterwards.

Sometimes,  it's just a matter of want to.

Maybe he doesn't like the sound of a four, just cause an engine is capable of making power doesn't make it the only solution. I personally hate the fact that i am keeping the ka in my truck it just plain sounds terrible and is not the smooth torque i like from a inline 6, I'm just glad that I don't have to hear about yet another chevy swap. If you are a skilled fabricator do it, do something different, if not a bolt on swap may be more fitting. anything to be rid of the sound and vibration of a four is good by me!
