Maxima brakes have me stumped

so first off i have searched and read everything i can on here, the realm and the interweb... nothing is matching my symptoms

my problem is in my rear brakes, fronts bleed and work fine in all scenarios

i have tried several combinations,

13/16 MC with residual valves

13/16 MC without RV

7/8 MC without changing anything from the box reman. so stock RV placement

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

i bench bleed the MC as normal, get great pressure no air. install, bleed the lines everything goes great

i put the car on jack stands all wheels of the ground, have helper press the brake pedal, but the fronts are tight (wheels wont spin)

go to the rears  and they spin freely, i have her start to pump the pedal as im spinning the rear wheels, starts to build pressure and than they will lock up after the 3-4th full pump have her hold it, check the reservoir, its at or below the low line,

she lets go and the fluid than starts to refill all the way back up to the full line noticeably fast.

i press the pedal after about 3 secs and bottoms out

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

so i say wtf go to the rears and crack a bleeder and it shoots out with force for about 3 secs.than starts to slow down, so there is pressure at the caliper ??

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

now the whole time during all of this the brake warning light comes on, on the dash. until the rears are pumped and build pressure.

if i open a front bleeder the warning light does not come on.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

also if i open a front bleeder and the pedal goes to the floor, close it and the pedal only goes half way , but bottoms out sorta speak. "no pressure feel" until pumped several times.

the push rod is adjusted properly, the mc piston returns all the way, no leaks in the system.

i have another 7/8th on order since the one i have started a clicking noise in the bore somewhere and a 15/16th coming also

the closest solution i have read, are residual valves that are in-line right before the rear calipers ??

any ideas or experiences about/with  my   problem ??

help...

The rear brakes need adjusting. It must be done when replacing the shoes. Only after manual adjustment will the auto-adjuster work to make small adjustments.

Crank the rear brake star wheels tight, until tire won't spin. Then back off until it spins. The spinning and tightening will ensure the shoes are seated appropriately.

^^^^^this is what i was thinking after you mentioned adjustments...

i just put them on out of the box they were some what loose i thought after i bled them they would hold against the rotors,

since it has the e-brake attached to the caliper i believe the piston is on somewhat of a spiral pin and once the brake pads are worn down  when you go to replace the pads you must turn the piston down too...
