The_Daily_Datsun
Iwas looking up a right up on a guy who was doing a 5.0 build into his datsun truck. I saw he even used the mustangs differential and drive train. now say i wanted to swap an sr20det into my 81 datsun 210. how could i set up the drive train to work? any info on how to costomize them would be awesome thanks Quote Link to comment
ggzilla
For a Datsun 210 no need. The 200SX rear axle assembly bolts in and is strong enough for SR20DET Quote Link to comment

ggzilla
Yes it will bolt in but needs little things like the driveshaft flange changed to larger type and brake lines adapted. Quote Link to comment
datzenmike
Datsun S110 "200SX" from 1982-1983 (disk brakes) Precisely. The '82-'83 used an H-190. The earlier '80-'81 only had the lighter H-165 (also with disc brakes) so be sure of the year you get. The next year 200sx (the '84 S12) also had the H-190 and discs but I don't know about the width or if wider. Quote Link to comment
The_Daily_Datsun
Oh okay. Would I have to fabricate the flange or can I buy it from somewhere. I also was wondering were I can find a decent one Quote Link to comment
