Lockleaf Posted October 7, 2015 Report Share Posted October 7, 2015 Garlic lime chicken quesadillas Cook chicken in a shload of minced garlic and lime juice and garlic salt. Chop that. Butter 1 side each of two tortillas. Throw a tortilla in a pan butter side down, layer on a thick layer of cheese (I use Mexican blend, but cheddar works fine). Then a thick layer of chicken. Then more cheese. Now the other tortilla. When I'm done this thing is usually 3/4 of an inch thick. Cook until cheese is melted and tortilla has the right amount of crunch for you, then flip and repeat. I serve it with a dip made of sour cream/lime juice mix at about 90%/10%. Tart but not runny. fritzdixxon Posted October 11, 2015 Report Share Posted October 11, 2015 Make a chip dip flavour of your choice from a sourcream and mayo mix crush the chips and mix in a bowl eat with a spoon like cereal.
