I wear my slippers all the time myself, I usually end up changing to shoes when I feel the sparks from the welder or cutting wheel falling on the tops of my bare feet.

I have had my shirts and socks catch on fire a few times also.

lol no its a shitty cheap katana one of the ones you pick up for 15 bucks at a flee market i collect swords and i went out of my way to find the shittiest katana i could for this project

I collect sharp things, not specific to swords but that's mostly all I have left which is why the working in it made me cringe

shifter has new bushings console and boots back in now i just need to throw on the cloth shifter boot and its done cant wait to drive it

drove it today for the first time with the shifter and i have to say its a lot more natural then it looks i had no issues driving it like this and was never unconfortable when going for gears

as you can see in the pics someone re did the "carpet" with cheap cheap stuff it looks like crap and it bugs me so i will be redoing it soon here is the new carpet

 

 

for anyone wondering what it is its a industrial floor mat

That is rubber lined on the back. It will trap moisture and rust will soon follow.

as for the bottom being rubber ive thought about that the floors have already been repainted but im going to undercoat the floor before laying the mat down making it a rubber to rubber contact so that it wont cause rust

ok to all who have done flared 620s i have been  messing around with willtheyfit.com and talking to a few people who have run flares on there 620s i think i have decided on the tires i will run the fronts will be 195/60/15 and the rears will be 225/60/15 ther rears will be a little wider with less stretch as the rear flares will give me more room there and the fronts will be the same height as the 205/60/14s i currently have on the truck anyone seeing any issues with this set up? again this will be on 15x10 -44 rims on a zg flared 620
