So the truck is sitting right now,

I took out the clutch bearing and I'll be putting in a new one sunday when I have time.

 

I've also began to repaint the truck.

 

HELP ME WITH A COLOR. THEY ALL LOOK GOOD.

 

I'm canning it so any rustoleum paint would be good but satin is what I'm aiming for.

 

I ended up with a summer squash yellow which is this.

I primered one part of the truck so far and diggin the clean white.

 

i was also hoping to pick up some chevy steelies if anyone is selling them.

They'd look good with the yellow.

well here's the complete job. 

I decided on a winter grey and sadly it looks like primer...

 

but it looks pretty good to me and for a spray paint job, I think I did alright but next time, a compressor it is!

 

The side of the door is dirty btw and it needs a few touch-ups here and there.

and yes, I got over spray on my damn tires.

 

My covers ripped and i didnt notice!!!!

 

overall, the car looks much meaner now and I need a few more things to finish up exterior.

 

Pretty cool daily I think.

Some updates on the truck

I'm having a lot of fun with it and it's not as difficult to keep clean as the dime so I'm liking it more.

 

Here's some pics.

 

Planning to pick up some xterra rims, window banner, mud flaps, radio, and then some stickers here and there for fun and im done!

thanks man. it's pretty cool for what it is but i wish my dash cap stayed down.

 

any ideas for how to fix a dash cap?

I'm having issues with the truck. 

It's stuttering and i just replaced my fuel pump and water pump and cleaned out my carb...

any ideas?

crap is an understatement.

it couldnt even make it down the street and back.

and i had cleaned the carb out. i also had a water pump issue so i replaced that.

 

i will miss the truck but i've really wanted a z.

 

plus, 620's are cheaper to come up on as well in socal.

i want his z, he just agreed to trade.

i have a reason as well. 

 

potentially but it'll be nicer to have this z than the 620. 

 

anyhow. i don't know the issue.
