Breaking Dad
Hey Guys- Trying to send my frame off for powder coat soon, Its all stripped and ready but I cant seem to remove a couple bushings. I also have no idea if they are able to be replaced. Im attaching a diagram from carpartsmanual.com, the bushings im talking about are where the lower part of the front end bolts up. In "Detail A" you can see it right above the bolts that they label. I dont see that they gave this a number. Can anyone tell me... 1- how to get em out, 2- what they are called, and 3- are they available? Thanks everyone! Quote Link to comment
yello620
Those are just the lower control arm bushings, they will require a press to get them out. And those bushings appear to be available through Rareparts.com. Try this link. http://shop.rareparts.com/smtp/shopdisplaycategories.asp?iyear=1971&imake=0041|NISSAN&imodel=1014|521%20PICKUP&iproduct=0040|SUSPENSION,%20SPRINGS%20&%20COMPONENTS Quote Link to comment
