I apologize for not being able to name the part other than to say its the block that splits the brake lines that come off the master cylender. I am in need of the proper compression fittings which bind the line to this block any ideas of what specifically they are called and where I could find a repalcment set would be a huge help?

Thank you for the help.

Nissan calls the splitter block the "3-way connector". USA Datsuns don't use one on the front brakes instead have the Safety Pressure Differential indicator.

But in general the brake piping are 3/16" lines (4.75 mm) with M10 metric fittings. Originally they were Cunifer lines for corrosion resistance, but poly-coated steel lines are available today.

I saw these brake lines mentioned on another forum.

Since I have a 521, and it used the American sized flare nuts, I just bookmarked this pags.  Maybe you can look around the Jrgs site, and find the M10-1.0 flare nuts you need for a 510.
