ggzilla
Good question. But a 720 does have shocks in the rear. Shocks won't support the weight of the empty truck, so you'll still need some sort of springs if you get rid if the leafs. Additionally the leafs locate the axle front-to-rear and sideways. Without leafs you'd have to engineer and fabricate some kind of link suspension or weld on some kind of control-arm suspension. Quote Link to comment
elmerfudpucker
I got monroe air shocks, they work great and easier than swapin springs Quote Link to comment

Worn or tired shocks can cause a bouncy soft ride with nose dive when braking and nose lift on acceleration. On curves the truck rolls to the outside and steering is wandering. Shocks resist or absorb suspension movement and bounce. Make sure you do the fronts at the same time. Enjoy the ride. Quote Link to comment
