I am kinda curious, have you ever done something like this before?

I am assuming that you have a mig welder, and know how to weld sheet metal which is really not welding, so I am going to leave a few links here for you read, I am not trying to persuade you not to do it, but it is a lot of work, as I have done it twice myself on a 520 and 521 which have documented builds(), I'm still working on the 520 and have been for a few years now.

Here is a 320 kingcab build(not mine).

Here is my 521 kingcab build,

and here is my 520 kingcab ute build.

As mentioned here, and I suspect you already know this, but the NL320 doors are longer than the L320 doors, so if you can find a set of NL320 doors, you can extend the L320 cab to except the NL320 doors and you actually will have more leg room, as the seat will go back that much farther(about 5 inches).

I would like to find a 320 cab and doors (only) in N. California; I intend to make a king cab of my '63 320 to save a rusty bod.  Have some stuff to trade, or ??
