can you find a stock water return hose to the radiator? Or is the the subsitute

I am currently looking for a stock shorter one, and I might put a braided sleeve on it. I know that hose looks horrible, but slowly I will start fixing it up.

So, I couldn't stand looking at that nice valve cover with that ugly looking radiator hose.



I purchased a new hose from Napa Auto Parts.



I also purchased some braided sleeve to dress it up a little.



And here is how it came out.

I wanted to post this picture of my truck on my thread. This was at the last Datslocos meet in Manteca. The person that takes these pictures is named Alex, and he does really good work. Also I have a little bit of an update. I was missing one of the pull knobs for the defrost and I couldn't fine anything, so I decided to do something a little different. I went online and found some guitar volume knobs and decided to use those instead. Let me know what you think.

Interesting... the radiators in my trucks have the upper on the drivers side. Is that the stock radiator for your truck or is it out of a 510 or something?

my radiator is the same as this one redeye..same year aswell.. maybe you have a different radiator?

Yeah, I think they changed in 1975. They put it on the other side. It is the OG.

Thanks mate! It does make a difference. I used to work for a company that used to make this stuff for Toyota vehicles and I like it. It wasn't exactly the same, but the same idea.

Back in the late 80's I used to have some windshield wiper wings. I went online and found some NOS on ebay and decided to order them. I also bought some universal dual blade windshield wipers. Here are some pics.

Yup that's Chevy S 10 territory. Find stock wipers. Elegant and they work as well.
