abbylind
What kind of seats did you install? Quote Link to comment
hobospyder
Hope this helps abbylind So I was thinking about getting my seat redone, but after looking at it a little closer I thought it would be better to just get it replaced because the sliders were all cracked and it had been welded before but still was in pretty bad shape. I started looking for some options and I came across some Z3 BMW bucket seats on CL that were in perfect condition. Here is a couple of pics. $_3 by on Flickr $_3-2 by on Flickr 1 Quote Link to comment
distributorguy
Those are pretty thick, so you'll lose 2-3" of leg room when pushed all the way back. Same goes for Miata seats. Unless you have a KC? 1 Quote Link to comment
mcordero8
They are Z3 BMW seats. It's a little deceiving because the seat curves which makes it look a little thicker then it really is. Now I am 6' 1" and I did not fit in the truck when it had the bench seat and I don't fit in it now, but In my opinion it sure does look a lot cooler with the Z3 seats and it is surprisingly more comfortable with the buckets for my liking. 2 Quote Link to comment

mcordero8
I wanted to post this picture of my truck on my thread. This was at the last Datslocos meet in Manteca. The person that takes these pictures is named Alex, and he does really good work. Also I have a little bit of an update. I was missing one of the pull knobs for the defrost and I couldn't fine anything, so I decided to do something a little different. I went online and found some guitar volume knobs and decided to use those instead. Let me know what you think. This is what I was missing on one side. This is what I replaced it with. And here is how it came out.Another view. 5 Quote Link to comment
