Just a reminder for some vendors that do not understand that if they get one more parking space is going to be more that $20 dollars per space so plan your space accordingly. THANKS. Food and drinks will be provided as usual. Vendors must arrive before 10 am to get a space. do not come at 12 noon and expect to find a vendor spot. If towing a vehicle you must contact me to get a secure spot. towing a car inside the parking lot will not be permitted after 10am. Vendor spots are limited first come bases, so come early. Due to the shortage of spaces, all cars not in the show will have to park outside. if you are a vendor and show up late you will have to unload your vehicle and park outside, unless cleared by Jose Santos.. The Vendors on a first come first serve status should be be planned out for future shows. I know 3 Vendors that don't go because of this policy. A lot of rules, permits and regulations. And the big thing is liability. It someone gets out of control inside the premises and hurts someone guess who's liable? We will still be doing the eagle rock swapmeet / car show there every year. I will be having great information in March the day of the show a new place which will be once a year meet and called !DATSUN FEST! This place will hold a little over 100 Datsun's for show and at the same time enough parking for vendors. And you will be able to park next to the event premises. By the way I will be having 2 individuals outside the show in March they will be walking around the park to make sure everything is safe around the area. Quote Link to comment

mrbigtanker Posted February 5, 2014 Report Share Posted February 5, 2014 Or just make it 1 or the other,show or swap meet only.I have been there a couple of times and parking is no bueno if you come a little later then most or your walking far.You got the tennis courts i think across the street at the park and the road is wide to cross.Just sayin and i know i am going to piss some one off and i hope i dont,but just looking at the lay out and the 1 way in 1 way out driveway,would it not be better to move the vendors on the south side and put the show cars tword the middle going north,that way its easier to get in and out and think of shopping at a small store they put the isles in a manner so that all the guys selling stuff can and should be watching out for one another from thieves.
