The word Sepia is derived from the Greek word for cuttlefish. Both the cephalopods I caught today ejected a shit ton of ink the minute they were back in the water... 'twas cool. There is, however, a deadly octopus called the "blue ring" that is one of the deadliest creatures in the sea and since sea creature venoms are much more potent than earth or air creatures the beautiful blue ring is near the apex of venomous creatures. 1 Link to comment
