I recommend doing what wayneo says, and not removing the pillars. Nobody is talking about how much structural support an aftermarket sunroof adds. But your pillars definitely DO add support and WILL cause the car to be twisted if not put on a jig in some manner when cutting them and the whole roof off. OP needs to just cut a piece of sheet metal and weld it in and do the body work. Period. Quote Link to comment
