Me and Rob make a box similar to that.  No fancy lid or stickers though.  It's not exactly plug and play but I truthfully don't think yours is really plug and play.  Don't forget about the orange cold start wire.  We also have 6 LED's, which can be very helpful.

Incorporating circuit protection is part of good basic design practice; not using any form of circuit protection is foolish.
