I'd probably get firedand if I wasn't, the next day/week (probably within a month) they would conduct a search of my person and belongings to see if I was still carrying to work. But largely, the problem is found in employees not willing to walk off the job, or take less compensation. Be better than anyone else willing to work for what you get paid. That's what I try for.
