DaBlist
How about burning millions of dollars in a few seconds. crash a very rareFerrari 250 GTO/64 These cars pretty much can't be totaled. They'll make a new body and or frame when needed for far less than the value. 2 Quote Link to comment
KoHeartsGPA
Ya, sheet metal isn't expensive and if they're out there racing those cars I'm certain they can afford repairs. 1 Quote Link to comment
q-tip
Wonder how much it cost to make parts for that car? The guys that work on that stuff make about $25 an hour, the shop that employs those guys charges like $200 an hour. Trust me the people that own those kind of cars have more money than they know what to do with. Quote Link to comment
Cosmonaut
I highly doubt that a $25 an he employee would be allowed to touch a million dollar car. I imagine a shop with a gaggle of $25 dollar an hour body guys and one or 2 $100 plus an hour specialist...if the shop dabbles in million dollar car repairs...n I am also betting it wouldn't be done for any where near $200 an hour. 1 Quote Link to comment

You would be surprised how little some of the guys you see in the pits wrenching at the Monterey historics make. 1 Quote Link to comment
