tubbedbaggedstockfloored65 Posted June 13, 2013 Author Report Share Posted June 13, 2013 thanks for the compliments. its only my second datsun but i would have to say its one of my favorite vehicles ive owned. datquickdatfastdatsun that was a sayin my vietnam veteran room mate used to tell me...There was a girl back in his high school days who said it and had the biggest thing and would Fu*k anybody who had a nissan or datsun it seemed like...times have changed yes haha my 620 is not much of a go getter,,, if anybody has some nissan rims for sale let me know and if anybody has a pair of headers let me know mine arent flush and i know i got bad exhaust leaks and i dont wanna suck in a valve.. tubbedbaggedstockfloored65 Posted June 13, 2013 Author Report Share Posted June 13, 2013 SO i would like to bag it and be able to sit it flush with ground ...but a 4 link and what not seems like a bunch of work that im not qualified to do,,,i can take my motor tranny and whole truck apart replace and build everythhibng from ground up...but air ride and suspension and camber and angle just all that crap is confusing for me,,,,and how do u bag front? do u have to roll fenders or anything to do that...? i dont wanna have to get new rear end a shorter one or something idk..... i also wish i could have the king cab 62o thats 4x4 ive never owned a mini truck in my life...i have spent my days building firebirds and camaros and chevy monsters,,, never anything this small Quote Link to comment

tubbedbaggedstockfloored65 Posted November 22, 2013 Author Report Share Posted November 22, 2013 my fan quit workin so i had to wire electric fan in but keeps alot cooler anyway which is good and i need to get some bucket seats that i dont have to fab or do any mods to i dont have a welder anymore or grinder or anything of that sorts i had to sell them unfortuanantly :( big bummer.. but ive been workin on my 620 4x4 which is definanlty a project does anyone know anyone in the marysville belling ham area that is willin to do some welding and what not for me,, ill make it worth there while. and thanks eagle adam im tryin to pick up a stock manifold so mine dont leak i just hate breaking bolts off ive already snapped one off on the intake but there was enough threads lefdt to get a bolt on there Quote Link to comment

J/k nice truck haha yea your right its not that fast but i have a vietnam veteran room mate annd he drove one in his younger days and he told me that hew knew a gal that would get with just about nayone that had a datsun and was crazy for them and he had that saying datquick datfast datsun so when i had a sticker made with that on it and put it on my window it meant a lot to him when he say it and its kinda catchy cuz it sounds like youll get there datquick datfast and dat soon haha but thanks its a handful of issues ill tell you that but i love it.. ive owned firebird and camaros and things with 400 horses onder hood and little ricer hondas but out of everything ive ever owned this has brought me most joy by far Quote Link to comment
tubbedbaggedstockfloored65 Posted November 22, 2013 Author Report Share Posted November 22, 2013 oh and i finnally took that huge weight on the back off ...stupid bumper and my back end shakes on the passenger side like my tire has something wrong like a shifted or broken belt in it or something its def not right .. and i love the low look but hate the ride its horrible and feeel like every bump i hit its gunna rattle all the bolts off my truck lol.. and the long tube headers stick out 4 or so inches past frame and everything else and at the slightest bump it hits and scratches and im afraid im gunna break all the bolts off my head or really fuck something up :,( i would probably cry for hours haha i love mytruck and my recently picked up 4x4 620 Quote Link to comment
tubbedbaggedstockfloored65 Posted February 9, 2014 Author Report Share Posted February 9, 2014 So i woke up today and was gonna head to a friends house and went to start truck and it was dead so i popped hood cleaned battery terminals really good tightened her all back up and then cleaned off valve cover and realized black residue on intake and noticed i had a 3 inch crack in my headers on my truck , that was the exhaust leak i heard yesterday comin back from a scenic drive, so not exactly the way i would have liked to start the day i told 4 people i would seee them today but i couldnt make it and my phone doesnt work and there is nothing i can do about it sorry folks Quote Link to comment

tubbedbaggedstockfloored65 Posted October 19, 2014 Author Report Share Posted October 19, 2014 Hey gents its been while my truck has been down n out for months and month, finally got another running engine in swapped out old put electric and stock fan on there , new aluminum radiaotor new shocks new struts new brakes hardware new center link new tie rod ends took out leaf or 3 out of back haha and put some bucket seats in put a center column in for few knick nacks and things, did led gauge and instrument panel and overhead light led swap,, slapped a stereo in adjusted horn to make it loud and annoying , Quote Link to comment
tubbedbaggedstockfloored65 Posted October 19, 2014 Author Report Share Posted October 19, 2014 Sold my old rims and tires and threw my 18s on with low 215 35 zr18s brand new rubbers all around , new driveline carrier bearing and 5 speed 79 280zx 5 speed swap, got my personalized plates out on and tabbed, added some fuzy dice and few odds n ends here n there, I no I've had to go thru harness and rewire and tape up a lot of things, cleaned all grounds, my old motor had matchbox dizzy and points truck new motor is electronic ignition non matchbox so I had to do the gm hei module ground and install and starts up and purrs like a champ every time, except my alternator gets billion degrees after 45 seconds or so Quote Link to comment
