I didn't like PB to begin with, but now... I hope this backfires so hard it castrates the CEO and board of directors.

I never hated PB (it had it's problems but it worked well enough) but this whole thing they're doing now is fucked up and some greedy ass shit. I share your sentiments and I hope they implode.

All I did was click on your Imgur link, right click on the image, copy the web address, and paste into the pop up box after clicking on the image icon in the ratsun reply options.

I'm using a phone not sure how to right click on it.

So what your saying here is that you can download all your PB photos and put them on your server space, then paste the new server path to the old PB path and your photos will all magically appear again where they were before???

This sounds to good to be true and it is way over my head.

That's what I'm saying. It's no magic bullet and still a ton of work, but it does save you from having to copy every single link. It might work with other hosting sites like imgur, as long as you can keep the actual file name the same.

Yes please, definitely interested!

Yes! I think that would be helpful for a lot of people.

Will do.

Ratsun should have a drivetribe tribe, you can upload as many pictures you want and videos too and its free.

What is this?

Drivetribe was created by the "Grand Tour" crew, it's a free app for car enthusiasts, look it up on play store, its still in it's developing stage and getting better with every update, they recently added the discussion bar, you upload then you have the option to create a tribe for your community, very easy to use and upload oics and vids.

photoFUCKIT singlehandedly destroyed a BIG portion of that, tons of very valuable photos are gone :(

Well they aren't gone, they are just broken. But yeah.. It'll take some time to recover.

I would have to have someone come in and do it for me, I have thousands of photos that are gone now, I am lucky to be able to do what I do with computers as I have never taken a class or anything like that, just trial and error, I just keep guessing till I get it and hope I don't screw it up bad enough to have to call someone in to fix it.

I did that once when I changed from Cricket to Quest, I screwed it up bad enough to have to call someone in, I called the Geek Squad first, they said I had a virus and I said yea, I am the virus, they said I needed virus protection, I said I called them in for this certain thing and they said it can't be done, and I said GET OUT!!!

I then called another guy and he was in and out in half an hour with just about everything I asked for.

If you do a write up about how to do it I will try, as 7 years of photos are gone.

I will have to check that out Mike, I used a site called postimage.org to post the pics earlier in this. I also signed up on datsun510.com just wating for them to send me an email to get confirmed. I hate to see Photobucket screw up everyone here and all over for that matter.
