izzo
Think it was m10 1.5 pitch. Hit up your mom and pop hardware store and grab some nuts (lol). Might be m8. Can't recall. Google ratsun.net shifter thread Good things will pop up for you Quote Link to comment
Laecaon
I think its M8x1.25 Quote Link to comment
metalmonkey47
I think its M8x1.25 This. Most (if not all) Datsun shifters are M8x1.75 Quote Link to comment
darrel
bring the lever in to check yourself. They did change them. Quote Link to comment
JoeCool
I don't know what size it is, but my aftermarket 8ball shifter came with several thread adapters. Most aftermarket shifters do. Quote Link to comment
cl72wagon
The only 2 threads I have come across are M8 X1.25.and M10 x 1.25... These both depend on engine and transmission swaps... The exception to this is if someone has modified the shifter. Always best to double check with hardware. Quote Link to comment

Lobo720
I know I may be a few years late on this thread but I have an '84 720 and I just checked the threads with a few nuts I bought at advance. For the tranny it's m10x1.25 1 Quote Link to comment
