620 correct? You don't say but the 510 doesn't have a carrier bearing.

The carrier bearing is almost never the problem. What does happen is the rubber surround rots away and the driveshaft is not supported and vibrates. Thus my question...

Noisy or just vibrating?

If just vibrating the rubber must be replaced and that's easier than an expensive bearing which won't cure the problem. What I did was cut a 2 inch strip of 1/4" thick conveyor belt and wrap around the driveshaft to build up the rubber. Then gear clamped it in place. Then put the strap mount back on and bolt it down snug.

A good surround rubber looks like this...

You'll have to remove the old torn rubber and that metal band. You'll have to test fit it to get it snug but it worked so well I never did replace it even when I could. Vibration and noise gone.
