So i got my grill from Corey at I must say damm nice work.Shit the box he sent it in was also nice, and the wrap job was just awesome.lol

Thank you again Corey and not fast but fuckin fast shipping.

That was fast, FedEx must have you on the "Nice" list. Be sure to post pics when you get it on the car.

FYI, be careful not to over tighten any of the fasteners, the nylock nuts are fine with just snug they wont come undone. Although you may want to resnug them after a few heat cycles.

ere's what i'm working on in my studio, of course nobody asks me shit

Well, for one thing, this is a car forum...

How can I make a sun visor outta clear blue plastic?

And for second thing, what the actual fuck?

This is CorAce's thread for making his grills and emblems for sale, not the "ask me how to make anything out of plastic" thread.

So here's the answer.

Remove covering from sunvisor. It should have a small metal flap attached to the arm itself. Drill holes in that flap. Buy some clear blue lexan. Attach to flap with bolts. Job done.

Or just get some like these that clip on to your existing visor.

Ha Ha,

why does everybody get so pissed on this site,

I've made 15 piece molds outta plaster before, poured in wax, burned out wax, replaced with bronze

but plastic is new too me.

Can I buy a 1/4" strip of clear plastic and form it to make a single sun visor ( exterior ) for a 510?

Many Thanks!

I think this would be better received if it was in it's own thread.

I ordered a set of front and rear badges. All I can say is they are amazing. They shipped fully wrapped in bubble wrap. They are such good quality. I am gonna order another set for safe keeping. I'm in the process of painting them now. They are looking good with a little bit of paint. I can't wait to see them finished.
