Thanks guys, I really appreciate the support.  It's slowly coming along, but I have a lot of things left to do.

But since some people have shown interest, I'll tell you all the stuff that I have to go in the truck.

LM7 (2004 GMC Sierra)

GMPP single plane carburated intake

Holley 750cfm w/ vaccuum secondaries

Comp Cams 54-458-11  Dur. 277 Int./285 Exh.         Valve Lift .614 Int./.621 Exh.       Lobe Angle 113 deg.

Comp Cams Dual Valve Springs

700R4 Monster transmission

Full Floating Ford 9" w/ Currie Track Lock differential 3.75's and disc brakes

QA1 coilovers(front)

Beebani's front disc brake conversion kit

Converted everything to 5 x 5 bolt pattern

20 gal. aluminum fuel cell

Painless wiring harness (completely rewiring everything on the truck)

All fuel lines are braided with AN style fittings

MB Wheels Old School 17x9.5 Rear   17x8 Front

Cooper Zeon RS3-A   255/40r17 Rear    235/45r17 Front

That's everything that I can think of right now.  Still have to get a pretty good bit, though.

All questions/comments are welcomed.  It might take awhile for me to get back to you because I work in the GOM and don't always have internet access.

I had some parts for sell about a year ago. I was even giving some new parts away but no one seemed interested. I still have a complete L18 and 4 speed in my storage building if someone would just get it, they could have it. I appreciate all the kind words from you guys.

Any other questions or comments are welcomed.

Sorry for the delay guys, been having ex-wife issues that cost.  So that slowed me down a lot, but here are some pictures to hopefully get you guys back interested.  I have the cab sitting back on the frame and I had to cut off a ton of shit (as you can tell).  I moved the engine back a pretty good bit to keep the weight behind the front wheels.  Built a bolt in transmission crossmember. Hopefully soon I can get my headers then start rebuilding my firewall.

As always questions and comments are welcomed.

i am a wheel snob so you can ignore this comment if you dont care but

i feel your truck deserves better than those MB wheels.

coilovers: what setup/springs/etc did you go with?

are they at the required minimum 20 degree angle?

how did you convert to five lug? just spacer/adapters?

I like the wheels... First thing that caught my eye. Cool build . keep it up.

This may sound funny: go to home depot, lawn and garden, wheel barrows , and think fire wall............... Old school fab trick #107

QA1 Promostars w/ 400# springs I think.  I couldn't quite get 20 degrees out of them but, QA1 said I should be fine with the 14-16 degrees that i could get.

The rear end is a built Ford 9" so I just had the hubs drilled the pattern I needed.  The front are Rodeo rotors and the stock hubs machined and re-drilled.

Yeah man I need to pull some measurements to see if that'll work.  I had already been thinking in that direction.  I actually had to cut more out than I had thought I would.  I'm almost positive that I'm going to have to offset my gas and brake pedal an inch or two.

gotcha. im eventually going the qa1 coilover route as well but havent

figured out which set up & springs yet.

you remember about how much it cost to drill/machine the front hubs/rotors?

If anyone reading this has a steering gear box that's in pretty good shape (not alot of freeplay), please pm me.  I'm having alot of trouble finding one.  I live in south Mississippi and there are very, very few Datsuns around here.  Even if someone knew where one was at that they could get, I'd be willing to pay $100-$125 +shipping for one in good shape.  I need the bearings, mine are completely shot.
