So he is all tied up this week for starters,but he said he can do the metal work for about 325.00 powder coat it if you want for 50.00 and you just make your own wood slates.That is just a first idea.Also for the guys that can paint you can save on that cost and do yourself so will keep you posted.

Well I can kinda guess the dimensions of the rack but i was wondering what the blue print was. but i am guessing its about 20ft of pipe. and 4.5 ft by 3 ft of bamboo. Assuming more footage of bamboo for mistakes.

This one looks homemade and pretty cool,,,, the truck is on here somewhere cuz my son took these at a Ratsun meet...couldn`t find any more pictures of it though..

 

I think all but 2 of the Datsuns in this picture have been sold or traded away

 

Me & Taco made this one out of an old VW rack. He cut & welded & I made the slats.

So next week its going in to get measured mocked up and i will post pictures hopefully.Once again if you are interested in one i am having them do the metal work only and have it ready to bolt on/Powder coating or paint and wood can be done by you to keep cost down,I hope.Or if you want him to do it thats up to you.If you like it i will let you contact the guy himself i have no desire to make money off any one here just helping out on stuff we dont need on our trucks.thanks

I hope buy tomorrow he will have the pipes bent and mocked up.I want it to look pretty much like the VW bug style but as low as we can to the top of the cab and follow the same roof line all around.Stay tuned
