I have a 1969 Datsun 2 door 510. This car has absolutely been my baby and I put a lot of work into it. This car is here on Ratsun , where I created a thread for the custom intake manifold I build for it. And tons of videos, links provided below.

This car has a ka24e in it, with a custom intake manifold build by me to mount a set of 44mm SU carbs on it as can be seen in images of THIS THREAD.

The engine is mated to a 280sx 5spd transmission, with a Subaru rear end.
The suspension is DP Racing camber plates and sleeves for adjustment http://dpracing.co/5...Suspension.html on 200lbs coil over springs, and runs 4 piston JFZ breaks in the front with z31 rotors. And the BWM head light conversion.

This 510 has absolutely no rust anywhere on the body, and runs like a champion it has been my daily driver for 2 years now, and I can happily and honestly say that with the setup I have now, I get easily 25mpg on the high way all day long. This car has also been dyno-matted so it’s super quiet and has a lot of extra little things that you can view in the photos below.

I will be including a lot of extra parts with this car, like all the fuel injection junk from the KA, BRE flares, and an extra set of wheels, as well as full brand new upholstery that just needs to be put in by a upholstery shop, the one thing I am not skilled in.

I will add more pictures as soon as I get some time from school, I just added what I could find in my library.

As I said before this car is my daily driver and runs great, I have taken over 400 miles trips in it without even a hiccup.

Price drop bump to $6900, Tomorrow I will post a video of the car running, interior, and all the extra parts included as I have been cleaning and found a lot of extra stuff, to include a full rear wheel disc brake conversion, so stay tuned. Contact info is in original post.

 

P.S. The car does not have a FRAM, it uses a NAPA Gold Filter :).

Ok as promised the videos and new suspension and brake pictures are up.

 

The videos contain videos I found from under the hood, I made some new driving videos as well. In the driving videos the car is not missing it just has a bigger cam so it sounds cool actually in person the video does not do it justice :)

 

Also in the video showing the extra parts, It cut me off when I was going to explain that I am including the speedo gear which will correct the speed for the wheels on there now, unless you decide to use the 15x8 wheel then no speed gear replacement is necessary.

 

Also the brake pad that you see the is the proper brake pad for the JFZ brakes that can be bough on summit for $18 bucks a pad, I only have only because I ordered it to see if its the correct one and it is. http://www.summitracing.com/parts/str-b3326/overview/

I guess in my last post I forgot to mention that the car is $6500 or best offer, all offers will be considered. I also in the last couple of days have borrowed a timing gun, SU carb balancer, and a wide band sniffer from a friend and tuned the car up a bit more :).

 

I will post a new video as soon as it finishes uploading, it really did make a world of a difference :)..

Well guys, I just got news that my leave date is about two weeks sooner then originally planned. I am lowering the price to $5600 pretty firm, but I am open to suggestions, and I would really hate to have to store it at my sisters barn, for god knows how long Il be gone over seas.

Yep still available, gotta price it to sell it since Im leaving earlier then expected. I would love the car and all the extra to go all together, but with this price drop and my dead line coming up I might just sell every part for it self, im not going to part out the car though.

They had a bad run for a bit, they paid for it and fixed it all up.

Their not original SU ones, I found some laying around the shot from some other carbs and modded them to fit the SU's

FRAM??? I doubt that very much. Go to WallMart and buy one and cut it open and compare to a NAPA. The Frams are as cheaply made as possible, they're absolute crap. If you care anything about your motor get something else.
