I've got 2006 Hyundai Tiburon GT seats, a buddy recommended them and grabbed them for $100 for both seats.  The front mounts are normally angled, but a hammer made them flat to fit on the stock front but mount.  The mounting hole width was perfect if I remember correctly (installed them a couple years ago.  For rear mounts I had to make mounts since the sliders are longer than 510 stock ones, I cut up some rusty 510 stock seat mounts, and mounted them up. Haven't really driven her, but they feel great while sitting in my garage lol.  Thinking up picking up some of that fabric spray and spraying them black.

I have some old 240z seats I got way back but after looking at these I will have to talk to my junk yard friend and find a nice new pair.

After finally getting to drive around in in them, I really like them, just wish they were all black.

Have some old Recaro SEs that I'm running.  Gray fabric... wish they were black though.

Contemplating getting the originals redone too, with alcantara for the seating and back surfaces, and black leather for the sides and back.

I'll post pics when I get a chance.

I just bought a pair of e30 seats for my 510 and it seems a little tall. Has any one complete a modification to bring the seat down? It seems like if it's dropped about 1.5 to 2 inches it would be perfect?
I appreciate any help. I really like the seats

I bolted mine straight to the floor right behind the seat support with large washers. If you wanted to get crazy you could cut the front seat support down to about an inch tall and mount the front on that.

oooooooooh yeah

Any seat you mount in your car should be either OEM, or pass some kind of certification, like FIA for example.

They should also not be like $300 a set, much more $$$$

I've seen a couple pics of bucket seats and i was wondering if anyone running them in this thread or else where runs a 4 point with no roll bar?

I want to keep my back seats usable for my friends but I also want some corbeau seats.

I want to run a 4 point if i get some buckets but don't know what they're attaching to.

I am assuming you are talking about belts. As a four point harness. Right? If so, you can run a Y Harness for the shoulders and attach it to the floor at the back of the seat. They make them long enough to do this.

Or are you talking about a roll bar?

He wants to run them so he can have the harness but still be able to have people sit in the back. so bolting them on the floor of the seat wont work.what about doing a custom bar that goes from the b pillar  to b pillar. would need to fine a way to re enforce it.

and i am running a bench seat that was a direct bolt on. (a little bit of bending was involved) And no i wont tell you what it came out of, so dont ask.
