I was able to run those wheels at any height, with a heavily hammered bump .. it didn't look pretty when you opened the door, but it got enough clearance. Cutting and welding might allow you to run a bigger tire.

This was the lowest I could drive, and it felt horrible (bottoming out shocks and bad camber/traction):

Demo243 came by with one of his Rotas 15x7 +25 with 205/50 on it to see how it would fit. They fit great. And look bad ass.

Still waiting on lugnuts and one more wheel. Lugnuts should be here tomorrow and the last wheel should be here next Monday from Ohio. :-/

lug nuts came In today! So I Mounted and balanced the other 2. And put on 2 up front. Mostly to see if they would give me any vibration at freeway speed. Cause even though they balanced I noticed they were a little wobbly on the balancer.

Happy to report that there was no vibrating at freeway speed! Now just still need to cut the rear bump and wait for the last wheel to arrive.

And if there not DOT you won't run them on the street.who gives a shit enjoy them.

correct. its not an issue of giving a shit. but, the streets are mean around here. and even though the wheels are fairly inexpensive i don't want to be replacing one every time I hit a pothole or uneven asphalt and denting the shit out of them. DOT versions are thicker and can take a little more abuse than the race only versions that's why they are heavier. Its a function reason. If I had tanker money i would not have this concern.
