810 and 620 trans swap

A member is coming down this weekend to possibly trade his 810 for the 620. He says he MUST have automatic so we're going to do the swap. I'm more concerned about getting him back on the road than getting the 5 speed into the wagon. Besides swapping the radiator, is there anything else I need to do for the automatic? Will I need to shorten the dirveshaft?
