datzenmike
Could be just the rocks from the front tires grinding the paint and undercoating off in those areas. Rust quickly follows. If wet remove the wiper arms and cowl just behind the hood. This area collects pine needles and maple keys that plug up the drain holes on either side. Heavy rain will back up and overflow down the heater air inlet on the right side. With the cowl off you can hose these drains open. The window gasket is another spot that can leak. 1 Quote Link to comment
SHORTDOG
It is coming in from the windshield. 720's are notorious for windshield leaks, it can come in at the top of the windshieldthen run down to the bottom corners and run in behind the dash and down to the floor board. Buy a new windshield gasket and have it sealed good when re-installing it. I am so glad in live in So. Cal! :frantics: 1 Quote Link to comment

datzenmike
Possibly you have a small rust hole under there. Lift the rubber seal and check this out. Clean out any debris or water and let dry. Could be getting in between rubber and the inside or outside of the glass too A small tube of black urethane sealer. Be sure clean and dry glass or body and rubber. Lift the rubber with a blunt butter knife and squeeze a small run of sealer in between glass and rubber and body and rubber. Gently push down on rubber to spread the sealer. Immediately remove any excess that pushes out. Don't ever use that clear silicone and don't use silicone RTV crap ever. 2 Quote Link to comment
