Hainz fuc*in' rocks! Not only did he share some wisdom, ideas, and general L motor advice, but he had me come over for a free L16 intake manifold and some instructional DVDS which I desperately needed to get my truck back on the road(to get my ass to work again). I really appreciated his knowledge, generosity, and willingness to help out a complete stranger. Someone said a while back they were gonna start a Hainz thread, well I beat you to it :D. I can tell dude really knows his shit and is a true Datsun enthusiast. Hats off to Hainz! I owe you one. I really cant thank him enough for taking time out of his day to help me out and b.s about L motors. Thanks again.

Speaking of which, Jeff did you get Hainz that $20 i sent you with at the swap meet?

When ever I think of Dicks I think of Hainz. It is my favorite restaurant haha I told him about the money I just haven't made it over there lately.

Yeah, I dont think I'll be selling my 620. Atleast not for a few years, and if I do, it'll be to get $ for a 510(my girlfriend REALLY wants one now too :D)

Either way I'll probably have a spare intake manifold by then(if Slodat ever ships it out) to give back to him for hooking me up with the one I needed right now. My buddy Dave and I will be rolling back out there with the Dattos as soon as I get my 620 put back together.

Thats what he lives for. Did he show you his "L motor for life" tatto?

Yeah, he asked Zoom to rub lipstick on it in lieu of payment for workin' on his car. I'll never forget that Realm post!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

he is quite the expert...when my newly acquired 521 just would not run, he swapped a weber that I found used into it without too much trouble and that solved the running problem. He is quick to be able to diagnose problems...yea for Hainz!

Nice to see Hainz gettin' some love and respect on this forum. He's truley an asset to the community. I thought we might have lost him awhile back there, but I'm glad to see we didn't. All Hail Hainz! :)

Don't worry mike, we all appreciate your hard work too. We (I) just haven't gotten around to making your thread yet;) I have learned so much from so many people on these forums that I would need a few years to type thank yous to everyone. SO I will say it now, thank you and thank you again for all those that have assisted me and taught me something new.

Mikes contributions can all be seen on a a very good website(Bre620s).

Matter of fact one of the best for information which should be linked to everybody

It was Mike that I learned how to do my & Jeff (Icehouse)510 door hinges.

Also the very intensive look on "HOW TO" do 521 KING PINS gave me the conclusion to have the machine shop do it instead.
