well following in suit with the shipyard repair the right side tower had a plate to cover the rust that would have been easier to cut then what they decided to do. I cut that out and found that it was and oversight. for it was a quick fix and maybe about an hour of repair. This all came about when I removed the steering box to evaluate it and the questionable repair behind it.

Well that's what I got for now. I'll upload more very soon to add to this rust saga. trust me though when I say I'm winning the war and she'll be on the road sooner then later
