Well another update haha prolly gonna turn into a how to when it's all finished. I found the seat base I needed for my mr2 seats I'm going to modify to bolt right in my 620. Just so happened the mr2 they got in at the junk yard had only one seat in it and it happened to be the one I needed to steal parts off. So I got my new seat base and started modifications a bit

So my truck was having all sorts of crazy voltage problems and turned out to be the alternator... It was only a year old and the voltage regulator went out in the alt. I picked up a 280zx alt like Skib put on the 710 but was way too big around so ended up getting a stock 35 amp... I really wanted that 70amp one to work but at least I'm back on the road

The 70 amp next to the tiny 35 amp

Well progress is slow cause of life but I was getting tired of my interior light not working in the morning when it's soo dark out so I decided to make it work

Started with a nice white vinegar soak... Cleaner but no dice

Then I resorted to more safisticated methods... But no power to any if the wires that go to it

Then I found a female connector that was all by itself that has power when the key is on and plugged it in

And now it works!!! The key has to be on tho but I figure that's one less way I can kill my battery haha

Well I officially love my test light now! I fixed my cigarette lighter too... I was the one who made it not work in the first place when I first got my truck but it's fixed now. I pulled some wires apart and found out a coue wires got swapped... So there was probably something else missing a function I didn't even know about. And best part is it was only a 30 second fix and now I can plug in my phone and GPS when I drive
