R.i.p.

BACKWOODS DAVE

Recommended Posts

here are some pictures of my first car. I bought this car from my brother for a couple hundred bucks when I was in high school. He had got it as a parts car when he bought his 1200. Now I now it wasn't much to look at but it was all mine. It had mono leafs in the rear and bottomed out on anything and everything. But it was a pretty peepy car , at least it was faster than my brothers. I rattle can primed it and layed out some custom rustoleum scallaps over the hood. I even came across a parts car that my brother and I went in half and half on. It was a driver but someone had cut the windshield seal out so I just had duct tape holding that in. I never got to legally drive the car just a few test drives around the block and a couple drag races against bro. I did have big plans and high hope for the little coupe but the big wind storm of 1996 had other plans for it..... R.I.P.

Gahhh!!!!!?!?! That sux knuts. Big wind + BIG trees = dead Dats. Seems to be the trend lately. Another guy on here just lost two nice wagons to fallen trees. I'm keepin my truck the hell away from any timber!

what is it with BIG trees and DATTO'S. Do the trees have a woody for Datsuns or do Datsuns have a woody for trees. Hope this does NOT turn into a trend. Don't scrap them out, something might show up someday. TIMBEEEER
