Couldn't find out what happened to my original shift boot. Pretty sure I hacked it up years ago, so I made one out of vinyl. It's temporary but it works. Also sealed in a lexan panel for where the wideband will mount

I'm not happy with the left over goo that got on the gauge slot, so I'll be making another piece to glue over it to help it fit better.

Options are :

Wood to match the steering wheel

Carbon fiber

The same leather as the shift boot

Something black

Did a little drive up and down the street. First tjme in almost/around 5 years....

Took my stepson for a spin uo and down the street too. Still have tail lights to mounget and some other things to sort out, but I'm happy to see it driveable again. Today's my first day back to work since the 6th

Ya my o2 takes forever to warm up to give me a reading, plus I have crap gauge too.

once I added my fuel regulator things ran better, but I think I am still rich though .... and I think I pushed my initial timing up to 14 that also helped a little... smoothed out the idle...

Did yours come with the built in heater? When I turn the ignition on the wideband goes through a warm up mode and then reads correct numbers, which is like... 22 or something since it's just idling. but as soon as I step on the accelerator it jumps down to a 12-13.5/14. I really need to have the dizzy recurved though, I'm sure that would help out quite a bit as well. So far I'm pretty happy with it, need to raise the front end up about half an inch for it to not scrape, but with the new exhaust it doesn't scrape the ground coming out of my driveway which I really enjoy

Ya it's heated and it still sucks... mostly the gauge... just has a light from lean to rich... I can't even tell if it's working because it just shows I am rich...

And if your that rich at idle I believe the air fuel screw can help with that...

I read a good right up about setting the idle and airfuel.... might be all you need.. 12 to 14 will driving seems pretty good....
