tdaaj
4 bills, but i'm finding there are quite a few parts out there to be had. this car is solid though. floors are super nice, i couldn't find much rust anywhere. plus the dash pad is mint. Quote Link to comment
Hardwyre
$400 or $4000?? For the condition, $400 seems like a steal. Now figure out a way to stuff an S2000 drive train in there. :) Quote Link to comment
wayno
Clean it up, get it running, and then drive the shit out of it. As gas is going up, best to get it running sooner than later. Quote Link to comment

RAlly_DatoB210
Atfisrt I was like oh look another Honda thread Then I was like awyeah this is winning Then I was like this needs some Vtech yo! Then I was like this needs any engine even one out of a lawnmower because that ride weighs all of what 100 lbs? An electric drill hooked to the front wheel would probably make this thing a rocketship. 400 is a good starting price 1 Quote Link to comment

q-tip
Why bother with s2000 drive train it already has a motorcycle engine in it, i say find a wrecked cbr, better power to weight ratio. Quote Link to comment

Ratty260z
If it was me I'd keep the aircooled 2 cylinder adds to the cool factor plus converting air cooled vehicles to water cooled can be a pain ask my 73 super beetle subaru engine project how I know haha. Quote Link to comment

yellowdatsun
These came with a TWO cylinder motorcycle engine. TWO! You wouldn't even be able to easily put a 4 cyl bike engine in there, let alone a car motor. I like it. At $400 I think it was a good deal. Neat cars. Fix it up and drive it. There are always a bunch of these at JCCS, maybe go down there next time and talk to the other owners. Quote Link to comment
