so i got her to crank over tonight. its odd, i cant find a good ground in the cab. i had to run a ground all the way back to the rear towers because i dont want to grind up the paint on the frame. thankfully i tried to turn her over before i bolted and wired it all up. I had to shave down some of the bell housing that was getting in the way of the starter from engaging the ring gear. the alternator bracket took most of the daylight to make, that thign was kicking my ass. and i had to make 3 trips to get the right belt for the alternator since i fitted a KA alternator to it. (only one i had, and new alternators are expensive. plus the stock one runs on a serpentine belt and i dont have any other drives connected.) also got my oil filter relocation all finished. just need to mount it in place.
