Obviously a Hollywood made front license plate. Not a blue and yellow plate of that time period. I wonder if Pee Wee has a SPICEY DOG ? ! ? ! !

geee great thnx now I gotta watch Pee Wees great adventure to watch for that scene to get a good look at that license plate it doesn't look like the Mexican Frontera plate as mentioned above since they are 3 numbers then 3 letters not 3 letters then 3 numbers as on the truck
